1. To return products, you must contact us and receive a RETURN/EXCHANGE FORM within 7 Days of receipt of product. Fill out the form and email it back to us. Returns without our approval will not be processed. To receive the form,

2. Return form will be reviewed. Upon approval, you will be contacted by email. You must ship the product back within 5 Days of receiving this email. All claims are subject to refusal.

3. Ship the product(s) at your expense, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. All returns must be made with the items in brand new condition. Any damage resulting from improper use or lack of maintenance will not be covered in this policy. If we determine that product is a manufacturing defect, you will be refunded for shipping costs, and we will replace the item at our cost.

4. If, instead of an exchange, a refund is desired, your money will be refunded minus a 20% restocking fee.

5. The maximum acceptance date of Returns is 14 Days after receipt of our email approval. However, returns which exceed the 5 Day return policy are subject to a 30% restocking fee. Returns which are within the 5 Days are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will not be accepted after 14 Days.
