DEMO REEL:
Dave Kebo is a screenwriter, editor and award-winning filmmaker.
After graduating from UCLA, Dave's first short film, "living..." won
the New Filmmaker's Award at the 1996 Sundance Film Festival.
Since then, Dave has written scripts for Beacon Pictures, MTV, Artisan
and Digital Domain.
As a director, Dave has shot two features, including the survival thriller,
"Mojave" which premiered at the
2004 Los Angeles Film Festival. His
other feature,
"The Confession," is the first fully interactive movie of its kind, allowing
the viewer to watch from any angle, at any time.
He's also shot numerous shorts, documentaries and
music videos, including "The Great Rebirth" for Korean
hip hop legends, Drunken Tiger, which went to #1 on
MTV Asia. Through his many years of making movies, Dave realized that films live or die in the Editing Room. From this
sprung the idea for Film School in a Box (F.S.B.).
See some of Dave's F.S.B. Video Tutorials.
Currently, Dave is working as an Editor, lecturing about Film School in a Box, and developing clickable internet video, demos of which you can see HERE.
